Cleaning and care
The same advice applies to everything Please makes.
- Before and afterClean before and after every use, and always use a premium water based lubricant.
- Never silicone lubeDo not use a silicone based lubricant with any silicone toy. Doing so will void your warranty. Oil based products are out too.
- How to washUse a quality toy cleaner or anti-bacterial soap and rinse with luke warm water. Pat dry with a lint free cloth.
- NeverHousehold cleaners, or anything containing alcohol or acetone. Do not boil or microwave.
- Storing itKeep out of direct sunlight and away from extreme heat or cold. Never use on damaged or irritated skin.
- If something is wrongPlease products are sold as novelty items and are not medical devices. In the event of discomfort, irritation, injury or aggravation of a pre-existing medical condition, discontinue use.
- Erection ringsNever wear an erection ring for more than 30 minutes.
Charging and battery
Connect your toy to an outlet using the USB cable. Charge for approximately two hours for each hour of vibration play.
Battery life varies with the mode you use. It is worth fully depleting and recharging a product every few months. Charge times, run times and battery capacity are listed on each product page.
