Every product in every collection carries it, and we handle the claim ourselves rather than sending you back to the store.

CoversAll 52 products, across all five collections.
Register in 30 daysProducts need to be registered within 30 days of purchase to qualify for the lifetime one-time replacement coverage.
After 30 daysProducts registered outside that window receive a 90 day limited warranty.
Not coveredCosmetic deterioration from regular wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse or neglect. Using a silicone based lubricant on a silicone product also voids it.
Handled byPlease, not the retailer who sold it. Your store does not have to process anything.
Start a claimEmail sales@pleasetoys.ca with the product name, where you bought it, and the date of purchase.
